SLIPPERY ROCK UNIVERSITY SPORTS BRIEFS

Women’s golf -- Slippery Rock University’s Jennifer Kaminsky tied for 10^th place Monday in individual competition at the 2^nd Annual Mary Louise Cleland Eckles Women’s Golf Invitational hosted by Westminster College at the New Castle Country Club.

Kaminsky had a score of 54 and finished 12 strokes off the pace set by Pitt-Greensburg’s Jessica Haut.

Westminster won the team title, 206-225, over Thiel. Those were the only two schools that fielded full squads.

Women’s softball – The Rock’s April 22 softball doubleheader vs. Gannon has been cancelled.

Baseball – The starting time for The Rock’s April 21 baseball doubleheader vs. West Liberty State has been changed to 2 p.m. The games were originally scheduled to start at 4 p.m.
